Ohhhh DON'T DO THAT! Yuk. I'm sure it's filled with bird poop and unsave, but more than that, the Federal Bank of Richmond Security might shoot you! You know they are kinda paranoid over there. I always try to make sure i'm not stopping to pee anywhere near their cameras!
I would swim at the Tuckahoe Y masters. but i'm not sure they have classes on friday? hmm.
Good Luck, can't wait to read your report. Happy birthday! wow, i feel old at 10 years your senior. there's a chance i'll be out there to say hi. what kind of bike do you have? All you skinny cyclist look the same!

Hey Jonah, thought I'd send a note on my attempt at Platinum this Friday for my 25th birthday. I may be at West Creek to cycle and run. Have you ever swum in the pond/lake there? I don't even know if it's allowed but I may try it!

No such thing as conceding; let's find a way for all four of us to win. All I know is that you are going to help run my campaign if I ever decide to lose my mind and run for public office. Let's reach out to Roman and see what we can do. I'm pretty sure Rudy Project got more than its fair share of publicity from all of our contacts logging on. Oh, I live just north of Manhattan in New York.
