About Me:
I am Clydesdale amateur triathlete and I live and race in Boulder, Colorado. My favorite race drink is brewed by the Boulder Brewery and my favorite nutrition supplement is made by Dairy Queen.

I like to take long leisurely walks along the lake front....not! Duh...I love to train and compete in triathlons. When I'm not swimming, biking and running I'm spend as much time as possible with my family.

Hi Jan, I meant your Challenge times and total time.

It would be great if you added those numbers to the forum under the category/Topic called he Finisher's Tent.

That way I can add your times to the age group records and you'll be up for the Sponsor Premiums if you completed the Challenge in April.

Thanks

Thanks for the note. I'll look into this later today after I finish work.

Did you mean the video review from YouTube or the text on my blog? I guess I need to spend some time figuring this page out.

Hi Lisa,

Sorry I confused you.,

That's my mistake.

I've added the finisher's tent to the forum. so please add your times to that category in the B-Fit forum.

Thanks so much.

Dave, I know you look young for your age so I'm sure you are at least 12 ;-)

Hey Roman!

Well, I must fess up... I lied about my age. I am not 11.

Also, I found my goggles! Isn't swimming in pools easier since you can use the walls to kick off? Or do you recommend not kicking off? I suppose using the ropes to pull yourself along is frowned upon. And does running late or running behind count in anyway? Finally, all day, since I seem to be going in circles, does that count in some way for cycling??

6 miles running - just a trot
46 miles biking - some work, but still it will be fun.
6500 meters swimming - this looks daunting to say the least. This is just a lot of swimming and what is keeping me from going for the gold. But if I parse this out over a couple a days I figure I can get it done.

Roman, do you remember the web address for the Rudy Project deals? The helmet I bought through it was crashed out this weekend, and I cannot find the sponsored athelete web address you sent out a few months ago. Great product by the way...Saved my melon.
