Missed my birthday challenge this year. Dealing with frozen shoulder right now so I have been unable to swim. But I'm treating it so I can do some tri's this summer.
Thanks for the cheerleading offer! I will need you. The 4 mile swim will be especially challenging! I'm doing my first Half, May 3, and I'm really nervous about the swim!
My bike was great the first 1/2. I was averaging about 19 mph (according to the Cat Eye on my bike) But once it started raining and blowing I was way down to 14 mph! - not too fun. It took me about 40 minutes longer on my bike!, and I am pretty sure I mapped out the 46 miles pretty good. Our swim and run times are pretty much the same. Good Fun!

6 Mile Run 55:13 (today, after teaching a 45 minute Spin Class :) )
