So ive decided to try and keep this my blog as I try and work towards my goal of completiting by biftbday day in October. I don't think this is something that I will attempt and update daily, but weekly and show what type of progress hoepfully I am making. First I will give day 1 body measurements and weight and then a little about the excerise that i did for today.
Day 1 8/3/09
Weight= 222
Neck= 16"
Bicep= 13"
Waist= 42.25"
Thigh= 22"
Worked 8-5pm took care of getting the oil changed in my car. Then off to Forest Park and did a 3mile run/walk (2min run/1min walk) total time 32:58. If anyone has any advice that might help me please don't hesitate to throw it my way.
