Here are my times for my challenge!
(I just realized, that I goofed on the whole swimmers mile thing...I did an actual mile, versus the 1500 m...oh well!) :)
Day 1: swim-1 hour
bike-1 hour
run-35 minutes
Day 2: swim-55 minutes
bike-1 hour
run-30 min
Day 3: swim-50minutes
bike-1 hour
run-30 min
