Wednesday May 14 was my 26th Birthday. I completed a 2 miles swim in 1:10, 26 mile ride (that turned into 34 miles - ironman coming soon) 2:06 and a 6 mile run in 57 minutes.

There is no better way to celebrate your birthday than to challenge yourself and find that you are far more fit than the year before.
