Cos my cycling team is doing a long ride on Sunday, so won't be able to squeeze in a run or swim...
Will be doing a reverse triathlon, partly indoors.
3 mile run around the MIT Campus at 7am in the morning. My route is as follows: http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=1608665
2 hour trainer ride (Kurt Kinetic Trainer) from 8am - 10am, should easily make up the equivalent of 23 miles. Given I ride at about 20mph outdoors, I should easily complete this in 1 hour 15 minutes, but I'm giving a bit of allowance.
132 laps in a 25 yard pool at 10:30am. Bet I'll be dizzy by the end of it.
