I used the challenge to start my tri training in general, have never actually done one. I found it a great way to keep motivated. Hopefully you get the same results, good luck with the four mile swim, that will get you through any tri that I have heard of...

Wow, can't believe I just signed up!!! I have only done a couple of Sprint distance Tri's but I am addicted now. Sounds like fun! I guess this will make the Olympic distance seem really short. YeeHaw
