- I have lost 55 pounds so far (highest point was 270) and I am really loving getting back into shape. The fittest that I have ever been was during my freshman year at the Air Force Academy and I want to get back to that level (without the yelling and knowledge tests of course). I am complete a 17 day Ironman contest at the gym and this sounds like a great next step to celebrate my new me on June 3rd!
