- Currently I am 40 years old and have been fairly active. I have competeted in mainly sprint distances with some Olympic one also. My workouts have been inconsistent and I am looking for a new challenge before I turn 41.

My First Blog
So ive decided to try and keep this my blog as I try and work towards my goal of completiting by biftbday day in October. I don't think this is something that I will attempt and update daily, but weekly and show what type of progress hoepfully I am making. First I will give day 1 body measurements and weight and then a little about the excerise that i did for today.
