2.5 mile swim at Boulder Beach 1:06 ( (water was COLD)
57 mile bike as planned but slower 3:40 (still cold first 15 miles)
2.5 mile swim at Whitney Ranch Pool (done as 200y + 10X400y@6min.
7 mile run 77 minutes (was now plenty hot and had to walk some)
have a happy swim, a plesant ride and a great run:)
5 mile swimming, 57 bike, 7 mile run, 24hours, interesting:)

Good Luck this month. You could be the first athlete at 50-59 year age group to go for Gold.
We just had our first 50 plus year-old finish the first Silver Challenge.
