On July 26th, I took the plunge, literally and succumbed to Roman's sadism. I did the 4-mile swim as part of the Swim Across America, got stung 5 times by jelly fish and raised $500 in one week on Twitter in the process, ran 3 miles, and then proceeded to ride/survive a hilly 43-mile bike ride.
